Task Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

- Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist, Junior

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence requires one (1) Information / Records Management / Recordkeeping Specialist, Junior, to provide high level customer service to the Materiel Group users in the Technical Resource Center. The resource must provide a capability to identify, classify, update physical and electronic data, implement Standard Operating Procedures, and deliver a fully functional and consolidated library.

Level of Security Requirement:

- Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

- Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Authority Representative, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Bidders are advised that RFP documents are not available on the Government Electronic Tendering System (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 June 2016 to 31 May 2017 (estimated).

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days.
