Description
Agriculture & Agri‑Food Canada’s (AAFC) Research & Development Centre located at 101 Route 100 unit 100, MORDEN MB requires a Contractor to provide Refrigeration & Mechanical Services on an 'as and when requested' basis.
SERVICES REQUIRED:
The Offeror will provide the following refrigeration and mechanical services on an 'as and when required' basis :
1. Preventative maintenance and repair services during 'regular working hours'
2. Emergency service outside ‘regular working hours’
3. Equipment installation and decommission services
4. Bi-Annual Leak testing service on all units over five (5) tons
MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be held May 31, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
