Description
CMHC requires a vender to conduct a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) survey to collect information on the secondary rental market via the Household Rent Survey (HRS) in 20 Census Metropolitan Areas (CMAs) across Canada. The purpose of this survey is to collect data on rents and size of the secondary rental market. The work will be conducted, annually, from August to October 2016. CMHC Market Analysis Center conducts this survey each year and publishes results in its Rental Market Report.
The term of this contract is expected to be for 4 years with the potential for 1, 1-year renewal option.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 pm EDT, on July 15, 2016.
