SOLUTIONS Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream: Human Resources Services

Description of the Requirement:

The Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the development of a competency system covering all of the Agency’s positions. Under the terms of the contract, the RH Consultant (senior level) will define the competencies and the tools for assessing those associated with each position listed in the statement of requirements. More specifically, the statement of requirements includes:

• the development of a competency profile for each position;
• the development of a competency directory with behavioural indicators;
• the development of assessment tools for each competency in the directory; and
• the delivery of training on the use of these tools.

Bidders’ Conference

A bidders' conference will be held at 30 Victoria Street, 4^th Floor, Gatineau QC, J8X 0B3, on July 21, 2016. The conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. EDT and end at 2:30 p.m. EDT. It will be held in room 431 (please report to the building’s commissionaire desk and a Parks Canada representative will accompany you to the conference room).

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award of contract to March 31, 2017 with a possibility of one option year.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 100 days.
