The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Surefire M300 Mini Scout Light short barrel rifle light systems on a no-substitute basis to the RCMP Armourer Section located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Identified User authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer is the RCMP Armourer Section.
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is three years from the date of issuance of the standing offer, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods. Delivery must be made within 30 calendar days from receipt of a call-up against the Standing Offer. The estimated quantity of orders for the period of the standing offer is 600 units.
One Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
