Description
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the general construction renovation of the existing buildings located at Port au Choix National Historic Site.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5P300-16-5371 dated September, 23, 2016 with a closing of October 11, 2016 at 1400 hrs EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.
Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland.

Bids Security is required.
Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.
Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by May 31, 2017.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in French and in English.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
