    Description

    DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK

    In general, work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

    .1 Re-grading (and scarifying where necessary) of the existing granulars and backfill, to ensure positive site drainage. Development of the grading plan is the responsibility of the

    Contractor, to the approval of the Departmental Representative. Consider the new grades shown on the drawings to be approximate (coordinate all work with the Departmental Representative).

    .2 Supply and installation of additional granulars, where necessary, and paving of the existing parking area, as noted on the drawings. Quantity estimates are provided on the drawings.

    .3 Line painting, as noted on the drawings.

    Bell Island , NL

    Expected Start and Completion Dates

    The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon award of the contract. The expected completion date of this project is December 2, 2016.
