Description
Canda Morgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking a proponent for the provision of moving services for CMHC employees being relocated within Canada. The successful proponent must be able to provide on an “as and when requested” basis, a full range of moving services to meet the needs of each CMHC employee requiring services due to relocation to one of the many CMHC locations within Canada.
Proponents will be required to have the geographic capacity to cover all provinces and territories, as CMHC’s employees are located in five regional Business Centres throughout Canada as well as at the National Office in Ottawa, Ontario. All services must be provided to the employee in the official language of their choice.
The term of the resulting contract is expected to be for a period of five years plus two one-year renewals (max. 7 years). The total value of this contract is estimated to be $1,695,000.00 including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00:00 p.m. EST, on November 28, 2016.
