Description
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is required at DND Ottawa (specific location to be determined at Contract award) by 31 May 2017 but no earlier than 01 April 2017.
The equipment must meet at a minimum the following technical requirements:
1. Quantity of one (1) Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) Camera
Specification / Requirement
Sensor Type / InGaAs
Operating Temperature / -20°C to 50°C or better
Spectral Response / 0.9um to 1.7um (or broader, on the condition that the 0.9 um to 1.7 um waveband is included)
Focal plane array format / 640 X 512 Pixels
Pixel Pitch / 15um or larger
Exposure Times / 0.5 to 1s mandatory, longer exposition time desired
Acquisition Modes / Frame per frame uncompressed image, similar to a CCD camera. Possible image formats: TIFF, FITS or other uncompressed image format.
Noise / Less than 50 e-/s
Digital output format / 14 bit Camera link or USB connection
Optical Interface / C Mount
Camera Weight / 1 Kg or less
ITAR/Non-ITAR / Camera can be either ITAR or non-ITAR
