Description of Work:
The primary goal of the work related to this request encompasses the creation of a Departmental information architecture, which relates all of the IRB’s classification and filing structures within a new file plan, based on current business processes. To document all client needs within an activity based classification structure that can be used to design the CR. The IM Business Analysts will be responsible to gather and document client requirements, based on the identified approach.
Working primarily with the management and subject area experts of the IMITA, IM Business Analysts will be responsible for:
* Supporting the IRB’s IM Strategy by providing guidance and expertise in achieving compliance with the Government of Canada’s IM strategies and directives, including the Record Keeping Directive and the GC Directive on Open Government;
* Providing assistance with the implementation of the IM Action Plan’s deliverables, including but not limited to: the deployment of SP CR and Collaborative Spaces, GCDocs back-end and physical file management, the development of the IRB’s file plan and classification structure, and the advancement of the IRB’s data and information architecture.
- Bidders must propose one (1) resource.
- There is no contractor (No incumbent) doing the work right now.
