Description
The objectives of each task authorization may include, but is not limited to the following:
- Assist with the collection, analysis and development of business requirements and related documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, system requirements, process flows, impact analysis and user guides. This includes leading consultations with business clients to define their needs and liaising with the design team.
- Document as-is and to-be business processes and identify and communicate any opportunities for improvements.
- Contribute to the development of prototypes for potential solutions.
- Ensure the quality of the resulting solution through the development and execution of test plans.
