Description
NRCan is looking to obtain the expert advice and guidance to support the development of NRCan’s international multilateral and bilateral trade positions (e.g., NAFTA, CETA, Japan, China) and providing advice to senior NRCan officials on negotiation approach as they relate to energy, forestry, mining and cleantech sectors (including services and technology), tactics and strategies. The first stage will include reviewing NRCan NAFTA positions documents, participating in consultation sessions with senior officials and delivering written and oral advice to senior management for the development of NAFTA negotiations approach. The second stage will include reviewing other bilateral and multilateral trade documents.
