BARN RESTORATION AT 3160 RAMSAYVILLE ROAD FOR THE NCC IN OTTAWA ON

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking bids from experienced and qualified contractors to undertake the replacement of a concrete foundation under an existing livestock barn. The specific works required under this tender will be to address structural repairs, prepare the site, shore the building, lift the structure, remove the existing foundation and ramp, replace the foundation and ramp as the specifications provided and reinstate conditions as indicated. The expected time of completion will be August 2017.

A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2016 at 10am Ottawa Time. The meeting place will be at 3160 Ramsayville Road Ottawa, Ontario . All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.

To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on July 19, 2017 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to NCC tender file #NR98.

There is a public opening scheduled shortly after the bid closing time at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON on the 2^nd floor.

Enquiries should be received no later than June 19, 2017 at noon to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.

Note that amounts quoted in this Tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
