Description of the Requirement:
Project Title: Employment Insurance Resource Determination Model Review.
Objective: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a third-party expert (Contractor) to undertake a review of the five (5) resource determination models (RDMs) related to the administration of the Employment Insurance (EI) program. RDMs translate operational workload requirements into financial terms in order to forecast resource requirements. The review will identify improvements that could be made to the EI RDMs in order to better address operational realities, as well as identifying how service standards, as a variable, can be embedded into the RDMs. The review will also assess how the EI RDMs can be better integrated, as well as identify all resource implications.

Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to November 31, 2017.
