Naval Mine Countermeasures (NMCM) Systems Support

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to support software sub-systems which form part of Naval Mine Countermeasures (NMCM) systems. The work will involve the following:

1. Software adaptation and/or configuration tuning to function in the military environment or to suit extreme environments, and their associated hardware.
2. Carry out Software maintenance and/or upgrade to its latest version and or configure the software to enable the hardware functionality required.
3. Furnish all material required to repair system hardware during the execution of the mission.
4. Deliver a report which itemizes problems and corrective actions taken related to software changes and hardware repairs, required to complete the mission and any recommendations to aid with future similar deployments going forward.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
