Requirement:

Parks Canada Agency – Grasslands National Park has a requirement for the supply and delivery of bin anchors as and when needed. These anchors will be used for the purpose of securing brace fence posts and for holding fence wire in low lying areas.

The Standing Offer Holder will be asked to provide and deliver the bin anchors within 2 weeks of receipt of call-up to the delivery location below.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer will be from date of issuance to 31 March 2018 inclusive In addition there are a possible two (2) additional one (1) year extension periods under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.

Enquiries:

All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority as early as possible within the solicitation period.

Enquiries should be received no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
