Security and Seismic upgrades

Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), is seeking to identify consultant firms capable and interested in performing Architecture and Engineering Services at the Representative Office of Canada to Palestinian Authority at Ramallah (Palestine) for a project related to security and seismic upgrades to the existing mission.

Architecture and Engineering Services are require by DFATD to prepare all documents for the construction tender process and to provide services for the supervision of works on site during the construction phase.

The project consists of modifications to the existing building related to seismic upgrades to the structure and to implement security upgrades like adding an emergency pedestrian egress at the wall perimeter, modifying the existing wall perimeter, construction of a new guardhouse, installation of bollards and move (or replace) the fence in front of the building, and modifying the vehicle entrance.The existing building consist of two (2) storeys (plus one basement floor and additional space at the roof level) of approximately 1900 m2.

ONLY Canadian consultants firms that meet the following mandatory requirements and demonstrate an interest through the NPP will be invited to submit proposals.
