Environment and Climate Change Canada's (ECCC) mandate is to preserve and enhance the quality of the natural environment; conserve Canada's renewable resources; conserve and protect Canada's water resources; forecast weather and environmental change; enforce rules relating to boundary waters; and coordinate environmental policies and programs for the federal government
The services of a contractor are being sought to assist VETEV in accumulating and testing up to six outboard and/or PWC engines by the end of the resulting contract. This involves a maximum 10 hours of accumulation and one (1) emissions test per engine with the possibility of doing some additional Not-To-Exceed (NTE) emission testing. All deliverables under the resulting contract must be completed and submitted no later than 29th of June 2018.
