    Description

    The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking proposals for the services of professional market research consultants to assist the NCC’s Evaluation and Research team in conducting a study to find out more about the people who visit and use the Greenbelt, the activities they take part in, their level of satisfaction, the Greenbelt’s impact on impressions of Canada’s Capital Region (CCR), and the economic impact of the Greenbelt on the local and provincial economies.

    To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on November 8, 2017 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file NR108. Faxed, email or late submissions will not be accepted.

    Enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted in writing as early as possible within the solicitation period to the Senior Contract Officer, Nathalie Rheault by email at nathalie.rheault@ncc-ccn.ca . Enquiries should be received no later than November 1st, 2017 at noon, Ottawa time, to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.

    Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net 30 days.

    There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal.
