Description
Citizenship and Immigration Canada seeks to establish a contract under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Work Stream:
8. Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit.
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is requesting the Contractor to perform two (2) Compliance Audit and provide an evaluation of the department’s financial monitoring processes and procedures under Stream 8, as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, during the Initial contract period. CIC is requesting the contractor to perform a maximum of 15 on site Compliance Audits across Canada per option year, for a maximum of two (2) one –year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
