Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Design and Construction (Modified Design Build):
HQ460101 - Accommodate 4 Engineer Support Regiment (4ESR), 5CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB
 
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Design-Builders to provide the following professional services:
the design and construction of the new facility for 4 Engineer Support Regiment (4ESR) to be located in 5CDSB Gagetown, in order to better amalgamate the unit as it is currently spread throughout the Base in various facilities. This project provides a central facility for 4ESR.
 
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
 
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
 
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Document.
 
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $67.3M.
