This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

One (1) to ten (10) Level 1 System Administrator

One (1) to five (5) Level 2 System Administrator

One (1) to three (3) Level 3 System Administrator

Description of Work:

ESDC is looking for qualified IT Professional Resources through an “as and when requested” contract that would satisfy the need for level 1 resources to be readily available for implementation into various projects while accommodating time constraints. ESDC could require such resources for short or medium-term projects such as support massive deployment of new equipment, physical moves of equipment, provide assistance for end users support or disposal of equipment. ESDC could also request for level 2 Resources to provide assistance to level 1 or level 3 to coordinate activities or manage portion of projects.

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
