The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed on or before March 30, 2018.

Mandatory Site Visit Date:
A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for November 23, 2017 @ 10:00 AM local time. Bidders are to meet in the Main Lobby of Building 20, 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6. Please see the Central Experimental Farm building area map
The representative(s) of the Bidder will be required to sign the attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not attended and signed the attendance sheet for the site visit will not be accepted.
Bid Close:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid close time of Monday December 11, 2017 @ 2:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted to the Main Lobby of the K.W. Neatby Building 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender (solicitation) documents through GETS - buyandsell.gc.ca. Addenda, when issued will be available from GETS - buyandsell.gc.ca.
