Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Finance Canada (FIN) is seeking expertise to provide consultation, option(s) analysis, recommendations as well as implementation support for the review of the communications functions within the Consultations and Communications Branch (C&C).
The Department of Finance is seeking advice on how to ensure the Branch is properly equipped to deliver on its mandate by responding to the following priorities:
- Ensure that C&C employees have the skills and capacities needed by creating a deliberate learning environment within the branch;
- Ensure that the Branch’s current selection of tools and approaches are what is required in the fast-paced communications environment; and
- Ensure that branch work processes encourage agility and strengthen integration and accountability.
Level of Security Requirement:
As detailed in the Security Requirement Checklist (SRCL) #34.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to July 31, 2018.
