201805065 –CONSTRUCTION – Site Clearing and Parking Lot Construction
REQUIREMENT: Work under this Contract is for the clearing of a construction site and the construction of a parking lot, in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit January 9th, at 2:00 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet at 1426 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, ON.

CONTRACT PERIOD:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the site clearing work by March 31st, 2018.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the parking lot construction and paving work by September 28th, 2018.

Addenda, when issued, will be available on the GETS web site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).
BID RECEIVING: Emailed or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted. Sealed tenders must be received in English or French to the address on the front page of the solicitation document.
CLOSING DATE: January 18th, 2018 at 2:00 PM ET
