Description of Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for 110 17” touch screen monitors and accessories as per Annex A – List of Deliverables and Prices. Parks Canada Agency will be using these monitors for recapitalisation plan to see all of the Agency’s POS terminals across the country replaced. Parks Canada Agency requires the specific monitors listed in Annex A – List of Deliverables because they can withstand the harsh operating conditions of some of the locations where these monitors will be deployed.

Delivery Date: 30 federal government working days from contract award.

Trade Agreements: National Security Exception
On May 4, 2014, the Government of Canada announced on the Government Electronic Tendering Service that it had invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to end user device hardware, software and associated support services for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception and none of the Trade Agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCA): N/A
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Bids must be submitted only to the SSC Email Address for RFQ Submission by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the RFQ.
