Description
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has a requirement for the services of Two Human Resources Staffing Consultant Senior. The Contractor will provide services to the Integrated Management Services Directorate (IMSD) Business Operations section of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Branch (IDPCB). This will include support to a number of staffing processes. The Contractor will prepare and conduct staffing processes on behalf of management on an as-and-when requested basis. These activities may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
• drafting and finalizing the statement of merit criteria;
• developing and preparing the assessment guide, tools and process;
• coordinating and participating in the assessment of priorities, and the screening and assessments of candidates;
• coordinating and administrating tests, interviews; coordinating and completing the reference check etc; and
• compiling and preparing the final board reports.
