This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada {the “Client”} for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is looking to understand the status of the Zero Emission Vehicle including BEVs, FCEVs, HEVs, PHEVs (ZEV) industry in Canada in an effort to determine current and future research and development priorities, and to identify opportunities for ZEV-related economic growth in Canada. The intent is to issue one (1) contract for the following Streams:
