RENTAL OF TENTS AND EQUIPMENT

NATIONAL SECURITY EXCEPTION

The national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements have been invoked; therefore, this procurement is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements.

REQUIREMENT: Rental and Installation of structure Tents and Equipment at multiple locations.

DELIVERY DATE: The delivery schedule is detailed in Annex “A” – Statement of Work

Addenda, when issued, will be available on the GETS web site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The tender documents will only be sent to the bidders that have signed and returned the non-disclosure agreement by April 3, 2018, at 10:00 am EDT. The tender documents will be sent directly to the email address that the Non-disclosure agreement was sent from on April 3^, 2018, between 10:01 and 16:00.
