CMHC wishes to enter into Standing Offers (SOs) with a selection of vendors (hereinafter referred to as “Offerors”) for the purpose of providing risk management services to support the sector of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on an as-and when required basis. The duration of these SOs will be for a three (3)-year term. The total dollar value of resulting contracts from this SO, hereinafter referred to as the “Call-up(s)”, is not expected to exceed CAD $3,000,000.00.
There are three independent streams under this RFSO: 1) Operational Risk Management, 2) Strategic Risk Management Oversight and 3) Financial Risk Management Oversight, hereinafter referred to as the “Services” and further described in Section 3 – Statement of Services to be covered under the SO. Offerors may bid on one (1) or multiple streams within their offer, however, the streams to which they are responding must be clearly identified.
