Project Executive - Level 3

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

One (1) P.5 Project Executive - Level 3

In direct support of the innovation and digital transformation agenda, DTSS is seeking the services of a Senior Project Executive/Special Advisor to provide DTSS senior management with guidance and consulting services. This senior resource will be responsible for performing the following tasks and services.

• Establish and identify key elements on delivering on DTSS initiatives;

• Review and evaluate the current state on various key initiatives and advise on course of action;

• Create integration strategies, identify interdependencies and roadmaps for solution delivery;

• Establish phases of work and key activities;

• Review organizational impacts of any changes including risk and change management processes;

• Identify risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies and/or related risk activities;

• Develop approaches for managing the change;

• Develop high level strategies for implementation, data conversion, integration with other solutions and production;

• Provide executive level advice and guidance;

• Develop briefing materials and senior management presentations; and

• Provide status reports on as required basis.
