    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) - Request for Abbreviated Proposal: Regional Source List – Federal Approach to Contaminated sites – Consultant Services– QUENV18

    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a regional source list to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Bagotville, Valcartier, RDDC Valcartier, St-Jean, Montréal and other areas in Québec.

    The objective of this RFAP is to select four (4) firms who will be placed on a source list with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00 for a period of one (1) year from the date of establishment of the source list.

    If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the source list may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $2,000,000.00 for each additional period.

    The commissions are expected to be valued between $15,000.00 and $150,000.00 and the maximum value of a commission is $350,000.00.

    The source list is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.

    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relates to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The four (4) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be selected for the source list.

    This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
