Description
Polar requires professional services, on an “as and when required basis”, to carry out staffing and Executive Resourcing services. Through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TA), the Contractor’s resource will provide the following services which include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and planning staffing and resourcing strategies;
- Advertising and promotion;
- Candidate identification, screening, assessment;
- Preparations for Selection Boards;
- Participation in interviews;
- Reference checks;
- Preparation and presentation of candidate short lists.
