    RFP Scope:

    FCC is seeking to lease approximately 6,000 usable square feet of wheel chair accessible office space in Drummondville, QC. The intention is to lease the space for a period of five (5) years, with two additional five (5) year extension options. The proposed space must be within one building and offer the entire space on one floor. Parking and evening cleaning services must be included in the lease and the space must be available for tenant fixturing no later than March 1, 2020, with a move in date of June 30, 2020.
