    Description:

    Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting Offerors to submit proposals for a Standing Offer Agreement(s) to provide maintenance services to the Married Quarters in Nova Scotia. The selected offerors shall provide a range of services as identified in the Statement of Work.

    Each District will be evaluated separately, and Offeror may submit pricing for any or all Districts. The Offeror with the lowest total aggregate price will be recommended for the award of a Standing Offer, and a separate Standing Offer will be awarded for each District.

    The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offers is one (1) year from award with two (2) options to extend the term of the Standing Offer, each for an additional twelve (12) month period.

    Basis of selection:

    An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
