Description
SW1 Major Objectives and outcomes of the project are:
- The main objective of this project is to repair the roof where problems have been identified by the design consultant to enable the Mission to sustain operations until a complete roof replacement in 5 to 6 years.
2. Eliminate leaks and prevent further damage to equipment and property.
SW2 The contactor will:
- Provide all required permits equipment, tools, labour and materials needed for this project,
2. Remove existing roofing,
3. Install a new partial roof system over prepared substrate,
4. Seal and caulk all joints and gaps including around any pipes and protrusions,
5. Repair / replace drains and drainage slopes on the roof, Assure all water pooling,
6. Work will be done as per specifications and drawings, meeting all applicable local building codes, regulations and prescribed standards indicated in the attached specifications.
