Description
1. This RFP is for space as a service for the Canada School of Public Service to secure exclusive use of an open collaborative office environment (“space”) for its Digital Academy (DA) staff and learners. The Digital Academy aims to create an environment where staff and learners are encouraged to be collaborative, open, creative and innovative. The space is a critical component of allowing the Digital Academy to reach this objective as the right space can facilitate new ways of working and provide an environment that makes collaboration, openness and innovation prevalent by default while remaining in physical proximity to CSPS partners. The requirement is detailed in Annex A- Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Up to one Contract can be awarded for this requirement and, if a Contract is awarded, it will be for an initial period of two (2) years and one additional optional period of one (1) year. The Space must be available for February 1st, 2020.
3. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
