Description

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of an external Contractor to perform fitness to work evaluations (FTWEs). A FTWE is an evaluation of an employee requested by the employer, CRA, to determine if an employee is medically fit, with or without limitations and/or restrictions, to safely and effectively carry out, or continue to carry out, the duties of their position.

The period of the contract will be for two years from contract award.

The contract will contain irrevocable options to extend the term of the contract by up four additional one year periods under the same conditions.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is not subject to the provisions of trade agreements.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 60 % for the technical merit and 40 % for the price.
