Description
In order to support DC’s marketing activities, DC’s Japan office uses mail house and distribution services to assist in the management, storage and distribution of a variety of materials. Storage of materials could include: travel literature, posters and display materials, envelopes, boxes, poster tubes, related packing materials and DC records. DC records may include confidential information, which will need to be stored in a secure facility and are stored for a period of at minimum 7 years.
The Contractor will fulfill requests for various types and quantities of travel literature and/or display materials and retain and/or destroy DC records as requested by DC.
