REQUIREMENT: Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is seeking services of a contractor to perform maintenance services which includes preventive and corrective work of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system for the:
A. Chancery Building
B. Official Residence Building
C. Staff Quarters
SITE VISIT:
It is recommended that the Proponent or a representative of the Proponent visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at TAGLE 2828 CABA on October 1, 2020. The site visit will begin at 10 hours, in Buenos Aires. Proponents must communicate with the Contractual Advisor no later than September 24 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
INQUIRIES:
All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Betty Zhu, by email at realproperty-contracts@international.gc.ca.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
