Centralised Printing Services (CPS) Record of Employment Forms – Employment Insurance – Employment and Social Development Canada
Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires services for the supply of carbon copy Record of Employment (ROE) forms, including shipping services.
The Contractor must print and deliver all items in full quantities, according to Statement of Work (SOW)
The Contractor must accept and fulfil this printing order and is responsible for quality control of the various print products requested as well as the distribution of these products to various final destinations.
The print products resulting from this contract will ensure the delivery of services and benefits to the public.
The period of the Contract will be from date of award until January 30th, 2021
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services.
All the deliverables must be received before December 1st, 2020.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Confidential Information for Bidding
In order to prepare a bid in response to the bid solicitation, suppliers must have access to information that is confidential or proprietary to Canada or a third party. It is a condition of the bid solicitation that bidders sign a Confidentiality Agreement substantially in the form set out in Attachment 1 to Part 2, Confidentiality Agreement, before being given access to such information
