    ________________________________________

Integrity Services Branch (ISB) is responsible for national compliance and enforcement activities for several of ESDC’s largest benefit programs and services: Employment Insurance (EI), Social Insurance Number (SIN), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS), Temporary Foreign Works Program (TFWP), and International Mobility Program (IMP).

Since 2008, ISB has been using two Applications, one of which has case management capabilities, to manage its work:

    • National Integrity Investigation System (NIIS): Formally known as the Investigation and Control Case Management (ICCM) system. NIIS is a multipurpose application that provides automated workload distribution, case management and automated processing.
    • SharePoint with Microsoft Excel: Originally, the Major Investigations and Sensitive Cases Information System (MISCIS) application provided Integrity Investigators and Senior Management with a secure, effective and rapid means to communicate critical information on major and sensitive investigations but, when it was decommissioned, it was replaced with various SharePoint sites and tracking tools where investigators enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. One SharePoint site is used to track Enforcement cases (some regions refer to it as Common Documents Share (CDS), others as Sharenet). There is a separate SharePoint site for complex cases, and a third containing an Excel version of the MISCIS data for sensitive cases

The objective of this RFI is to receive information on products or services that are available to replace the existing technology and system.
