This document is an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) pertaining to Canada’s Vaccine Logistics Service Provider(s) requirement.
Public Health Agency of Canada has a requirement for one or more Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to deliver a broad range of end-to-end logistics and support services, on an as and when required basis, for the execution of its vaccine logistics strategy. The bulk of this work will include the range of services and activities related to the safe management and timely distribution of COVID-19 vaccines across Canada, including to remote and isolated communities. Business partnerships and collaborations are encouraged to fulfil this requirement. The management and distribution of vaccine ancillary (administration) supplies is not included in this work.
Suppliers are invited to respond, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ, in order to be considered for inclusion in the list of Pre-Qualified Bidders. This ITQ is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada. This ITQ is intended only to obtain a list of Pre-Qualified Bidders.
Only Pre-Qualified Bidders will be permitted to participate in future procurement phases.
All general enquiries to this notice are to be submitted in writing to the attention of Public Services and Procurement Canada at the generic email address: TPSGC.paapprologistique-aplogisticsproc.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca
All Respondents must submit their ITQ response by November 9, 2020 at 2:00pm EST.
Only transmission of response by facsimile or by epost Connect will be accepted.
Canada strongly recommends that suppliers send their requests to open an ePost conversation no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on the day of bid closing.
In order to reduce the administrative burden of requests, we ask you not to follow up and request acknowledgment of your requests. For documents received by ePost Connect services from Canada Post, an acknowledgment of receipt will be provided to you. For documents received by fax, please refer to the confirmation report generated by your fax machine. For any assistance required for ePost Connect, please contact the Canada Post info line 1-877-376-1212 and select option 2 from the menu.
