    Description of the Requirement:

    Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC’s) Evaluation Division is seeking consultation services to conduct the fieldwork and reporting phases for the evaluation of Great Lakes and Lake Winnipeg Basin activities funded under the 2017-18 Freshwater Action Plan. Work under this requirement is expected to be completed by 30-June-2021.

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

    2. Fieldwork completed (Fieldwork status report provided) by contracted evaluators for Great Lakes and Lake Winnipeg, due date 8-Feb-2021

    3. Case Study reports (Drafts) completed by contracted Evaluators and provided to project authority and Evidence Matrices, due date 22-Feb-2021

    4. Preliminary Findings presentation completed by contracted evaluators and provided to project authority for Great Lakes and Lake Winnipeg, due date 1-Mar-2021

    5. Draft Report Including chapters on both Great Lakes and Lake Winnipeg completed by contracted evaluators and provided to project authority, due date 30-Apr-2021

    6. Final Report including chapters on both Great Lakes and Lake Winnipeg completed by contracted evaluators and provided to project authority, due date 18-Jun-2021
