Environment and Climate Change Canada is seeking qualitative and quantitative data on the best available technologies and best environmental Practices (BAT/BEP), including emerging technologies, for reducing the GHG emissions from LNG projects in Canada and internationally. The assessment will consider all project phases including, construction, operation, and decommissioning. The assessment will also evaluate potential scenarios outlining how LNG projects could achieve net-zero GHG emissions by 2050, while also considering alternative fuels to LNG in the future
The period of the Contract is from date of award to November 30, 2021.
