Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) Project - Invitation to Qualify
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify for the Canadian Armed Forces’ (CAF) Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) project. This project, which is part of Strong, Secure, Engaged, seeks to replace and renew our air-to-air refueling capability for the next generation
This ITQ is the first phase of a procurement process by PSPC for the STTC Project. Respondents are invited to qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.
This opportunity is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential Respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada.
Canada has engaged BDO Canada LLP as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
