Air Cadet National Online Ground School
The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking to establish a contract to satisfy its requirement for a technology-based training approach using online software, in both official languages, for the delivery of a Glider and Power Pilot Ground School training program to selected Air Cadets.
This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a one (1) year contract with two (2) additional one-year option periods.
Tasks and Deliverables are detailed in Annex “A” of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Mandatory Criteria are detailed in the RFP.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
There is currently no contract in place for this service.
DND reserves the right not to award a contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
