Description of the Requirement:

The Statutory and Grants & Contributions Evaluation Division within Employment and Social Development Canada requires the services of a Contractor to conduct key informant interviews, focus groups, survey of participants, and expert panel discussion in support of the evaluation of the Office of Literacy and Essential Skills (the Program).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to January 31, 2022
