NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)
Title: Replacement of genset Diesel Generator, Bridgetown, Barbados
Description:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires one (1) contract for the supply, delivery, installation of new and removal of old genset Diesel Generator at the Embassy of Canada in Bridgetown, Barbados.
The Work is to be performed from contract award date (tentatively set for November 1, 2021 for a (1) one-time payment. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.
There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel will be escorted and placed under supervision of High Commission’s personnel at all times during the performance of the Work.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a Contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
