Civil Municipal Engineering Consultant Services SL

Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Engineering Consulting Services: WRO22SL1, Civil Municipal Engineering Consultant Services Source List, at Regions 1: Various Locations Across Alberta and Regions 2: Various Locations Across British Columbia.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish two (2) Source Lists (SLs) with two (2) firms each selected for each SL, to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
Both SLs will be established for a period ending March 31, 2025.

Region 1: Alberta

The maximum estimated value of the Region 1 SL is $2,400,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the Region 1 SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $1,600,000 at any time for a total potential value of $4,000,000 and a total term ending no later than March 31, 2027.

Region 2: British Columbia

The maximum estimated value of the Region 2 SL is $1,300,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $900,000 at any time for a total potential value of $2,200,000 and a total term ending no later than March 31, 2027.

Commissions under the SLs are expected to be valued between $45,000 and $100,000; the maximum value of a commission is $350,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
